The network event has been resolved and the packet loss should be subsiding now. If you still experience slowness and/or difficult connecting to your server, feel free to open a support request.
Should you have any further difficulty connecting to your site in any way (email, browsing, FTP, etc) just let us know and we'll check it out. Thanks for your patience while this was sorted out at the network center.
